Our terms, in plain words

This page is the whole deal between your company ("you") and Bid Rescue ("we").

1. What we do

You send us your unsold pool estimates. We email those past estimate customers under your name and send each one a proposal page. We try to bring them back. We do not promise any number of signed jobs.

2. Our fee

• $2,500 for each signed job under $100k.
• $5,000 for each signed job at $100k and up.
• The fee is based on the signed contract price.
• Nothing upfront. No setup fee.

3. The 12 month window

Any homeowner from your list who signs within 12 months of our first message to them counts as a signed job. Before we start, you can take off anyone you are already working with.

4. When a job counts as signed

A job counts as signed when the homeowner taps Accept on their proposal page, or when you tell us they signed. We email you to confirm each one. If something is wrong, reply and we will fix it.

5. How you pay

You keep a card on file with us. We charge it when a job signs. You get a receipt by email each time.

6. One builder per metro

We work with only one pool builder in your metro while you are with us.

7. No contract term

There is no minimum term. You can cancel any time by email. Fees are still owed on jobs from your list that sign within the 12 month window, even after you cancel.

8. Your list is yours

You own your customer list. We use it only to do this work for you. We never sell it, share it, or use it for another builder. When you cancel, we stop emailing your list and delete it on request, except what we must keep for billing records.

9. Who we email, and how

• We only email people on your list who are past estimate customers of yours.
• Every email has a clear way to opt out, and we honor it.
• Every email shows your business mailing address, as the CAN SPAM law requires.
• Email only. We do not send texts.

You confirm that the people on your list asked you for an estimate and that you have the right to contact them.
